Constitution
The Cambridge Area Pool League is governed by its constitution which may be revised each year at the AGM.
Anything not covered by the constitution will be dealt with by the CAPL Committe.
World Rules
The Cambridge Area Pool League has adopted World Rules for all events that it organises.

Important Announcement
At the committee meeting of the CAPL on 19/10/11 we discussed a point raised on the forum. Namely, if the referee is coaching then who has the authority to call a foul against him. We have decided that with immediate effect, the timekeeper will have the authority to call a coaching foul. This will be until the AGM when we will seek to get this ratified by the members and changed in the constitution.
