Players should aim to arrive at
the venue between 7.30 - 7.45pm as
All the matches should start at 8pm Prompt.
The Steward will make the Draw on
the night at 8pm.
Games to be played over two Tables if necessary.
Each Venue to play down to one player,
All matches best of Three Frames.
The tables will be on free play when the matches commence.
The WINNING player from each venue
should either phone or text the result to Sarah on 07771
765472 before Midnight on the night of the match or
by Mid-day the next day.
